A Promat Pump developed double-suction pump equipped with an intelligent self-priming device has been successfully delivered and officially put into operation. The system can fully automate the self-priming and exhaust process, enabling one-click start and stop of the main pump.
The double-suction pump featured in this application has an inlet diameter of DN600 and is paired with a 560KW high-voltage motor. It has been installed in the core circulating water system of a power plant in Indonesia.
To date, the equipment has completed on-site installation and commissioning. All operational parameters meet design specifications, with stable and reliable performance. The system has now been formally handed over to the end user for operation.
